Revision Cards

The Revision Cards are a unique resource designed to help students create clear, structured and connected notes in manageable, bite-sized chunks. Each sheet of cards is intended to hold a focused piece of content, supported by relevant questions and answers that can be used for review and revision.

The individual cards are A6 in size, making them larger than standard flashcards. This extra space allows students to plan the structure of each card carefully, include key explanations, diagrams or examples, and think about how individual cards link together across a topic. This approach supports understanding as well as memory, helping students see connections between ideas rather than learning facts in isolation.

Each sheet of cards is lightweight and portable and can be folded, making it easy for students to study at home, in school or on the move. The format helps make revision more manageable by breaking larger topics into smaller, more digestible sections.

Clear instructions are included to guide students on how to get started, create effective notes and design meaningful review and revision questions. These questions can then be used for retrieval practice, supporting long-term retention and more confident recall during exams.
